PASSDEED · DISCLAIMERS · UPDATED JUNE 2026
Disclaimers, plainly.
DRAFT — pending attorney review. This page states our intended policy in plain English; it becomes final after legal review and may change.
1. Readiness estimates are statistics, not verdicts
Your Readiness Score, band, confidence range, weak-topic diagnoses, recommendations, and study plan are statistical estimates produced by an Item Response Theory model from your practice answers. Every estimate carries stated uncertainty — that is what the confidence range is — and is only as good as the answers behind it: it assumes you answered honestly, on your own, without lookups or help.
These estimates are not predictions of an official result, not professional advice, and not an assessment by any licensing authority. Parts of the advice text you see are assembled from templates filled with your data — no human reviews your individual report.
2. No pass guarantee
PassDeed offers no pass guarantee — explicitly none. Exam outcomes depend on you, on the day, and on an exam we have never seen. Nobody can honestly promise you a result, and you should be wary of any provider who does.
3. No affiliation
PassDeed is not affiliated with or endorsed by TREC, Pearson VUE, or any state regulatory body. Passing standards are set by TREC. Verify current requirements at trec.texas.gov.
The same holds everywhere: PassDeed is not affiliated with or endorsed by Florida's FREC or DBPR, the California DRE, or any state regulatory body or exam vendor anywhere. Where a state page names a regulator, it does so only to describe which exam's content that page targets — never to suggest an endorsement.
4. Educational use only
PassDeed is an educational study tool. It is not legal advice, not professional advice for any real-estate transaction, and not a substitute for the pre-license education your state requires. Readiness estimates inform your studying — they are not predictions, certifications, or qualifications of any kind.
5. Content status
Every practice question is an original work written for PassDeed — never actual exam content — and moves through a documented expert-review workflow. Items begin life as drafts and are marked as such until reviewed; we never misrepresent the review status of anything in the bank.
